The story of the 2008 SnowWoman has yet to be told –and we would like to include your side of the story!
Two levels of sponsorship are available: Presenting and Supporting.
- Presenting Sponsorship of the World’s Tallest SnowWoman will provide a totally unique platform for a brand to tell its story all winter long and into the spring, and will allow you to be fun and creative in doing so. As Presenting Sponsor, you get to “own” the SnowWoman and craft your own tall tale that winter enthusiasts and the media alike will pick up on.
- Supporting Sponsorship provides the opportunity for your brand to be a part of the evolution of our gal. This sponsorship level is ideal for brands looking to develop some creative promotions and do sampling/distribution on-site.
- Presenting Sponsorship Benefits Include:
- Official status and exclusivity in category
- Name included in every mention of SnowWoman (e.g., “The World’s Tallest SnowWoman, presented by [your brand]”) in all press releases, etc.
- The Bethel Area Chamber will work with all media outlets to ensure that proper naming is included in all SnowWoman stories.
- Logo/hotlink on every BACC-controlled web page dedicated to the SnowWoman
- Includes webcam, photo journal, blog, etc.
- Opportunity to distribute premium items and literature during Winterfest
- Opportunity to set up booth/tent during Winterfest (throughout all events or during times chosen by presenting sponsor, as mutually agreed upon)
- Banner placement at base of SnowWoman, as well as in high visibility locations at Bethel Winterfest 2008
- Includes a “Future Home of the World’s Tallest SnowWoman” sign to be erected at the construction site before building begins. This site is passed by hundreds of thousands of skiers headed to Sunday River Ski Resort throughout the winter.
- Hospitality to include up to 4 lodging packages for up to 3 nights
- Based on double occupancy; lodging property TBD by BMACC
- Opportunity to develop consumer promotions around the SnowWoman
- Presenting Sponsor may use the SnowWoman and Bethel Winterfest 2008 name and likeness in any marketing/media that it controls, as mutually agreed upon.
- Supporting Sponsorship Benefits Include:
